 HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS? 
 All our sessions are 45-minutes long.  
ARE THE TIMES FLEXIBLE? 
 Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week.  
 WHEN CAN I START? 
Once you've completed payment, you can book an intro session on a Thursday at 6:00pm to then get started. 
WHAT DO I GET? 
 You get group PT, nutrition support, personal coaching, and weekly check ins. 
 HOW MUCH IS IT? 
The strength camp is current £179 for the full six weeks. 
DO I GET COACHED? 
 Yes – this a fully coached program. 
 DO I NEED TO BE FIT? 
No – you'll work at a pace that matches your fitness level.
